Using Technology

As you might be able to tell, I really enjoy playing with technology. I purchased my first computer, a Commodore 64, back in 1984. Currently I am working on my 8th personal computer, a MacBook Pro. I also have an iPhone and an iPad. Technology has come a long way since 1984.

Mt. Shasta in Northern California

Before Teaching

I was born in California, where I have lived all my life. I grew up on a ranch near the California / Oregon border, in the shadows of majestic Mt. Shasta. Besides teaching I have had a number of different jobs, including police officer, insurance claims adjuster, and school custodian. After ten years of going from job to job, I finally decided to pursue my life-long desire to be a teacher.
